NorSea Group has signed a framework agreement with EMAS AMC
This week, NorSea Group has signed a nationwide agreement with subsea SURF company EMAS AMC. The agreement is for an initial delivery of base and logistics services to EMAS operations on the Norwegian continental shelf, but also allows for support relating to international operations.
- NorSea Group has cooperated with EMAS for several years and supported their operations, but we have now formalized our relationship. We are very happy and pleased that we have landed this contract with EMAS AMC and see many exciting opportunities ahead of us, says Director of Marketing and Business Development at NorSea Group, Kenneth Bjørholm.
The agreement has a duration of three years with options for 2 x 1 year. NorSea Group will supply base and logistics services, including marine logistics and waste management, through its subsidiaries NorSea AS, Stordbase AS, CCB, Vestbase AS, Helgelandsbase AS, Norbase AS, Polarbase AS, MLS and MWM. EMAS has predicted particularly high activity at Vestbase and in Stavanger in the coming period.
Important investment in corporate agreements

Now, the work of implementing the agreement and building relationships across companies and towards EMAS AMC is starting.

The company has its headquarters in Oslo and is one of the fastest growing subsea SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines) companies both on the Norwegian continental shelf and internationally.
